Your account email and name, the property details you enter, the photographs you upload, your branding details, your projects and render history, and your credit balance and payment references. Passwords are handled by the platform's authentication service and are never visible to this application.
Your projects, photos and render jobs are private to your account. Only you — and the operator of this application, for support and billing — can open them. Access is enforced at the record level on every request, not just in the interface. Completed tours become viewable through their share link only while you have sharing enabled.
Photographs and branding images are stored on public file storage so the external video renderer can retrieve them without an account, and they are referenced by unguessable URLs. They are sent to the video rendering service to produce your tour. Listings you choose to import are fetched once from the URL you paste. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach this application.
When you sequence a tour, your photos and the property details you entered are sent to a language model to label rooms, suggest an order, and draft a short caption. The model is instructed to use only what is visible or stated and never to invent features. You can reorder, relabel and rewrite everything it returns.
Projects and their files stay in your account until you delete them or ask the operator to. Deleting a project removes its photos and render records.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the operator of this application.
