Frames in Motion L.A

Terms of use

Last updated October 2026

1. What this service does

Frames in Motion L.A turns photographs of a property into a video tour by applying camera motion, sequencing, music and text to the images you supply. We do not generate or alter the content of your photographs. Rooms, finishes, fixtures, views and features in your video are exactly what appears in the photos you uploaded.

2. Photo rights confirmation

Before uploading, you must confirm that you own the photographs and any listing content you import, or that you hold permission from the rights holder to use them commercially. You are solely responsible for those rights. Uploading photographs you are not licensed to use is a breach of these terms and may infringe third-party rights.

3. Accurate representation

You agree that every video you publish must accurately represent the property. You will not use this service to mislead buyers, renters or agents — including by removing or concealing material defects, implying features that don't exist, or presenting a property as something other than what it is. The service does not provide virtual staging, generated rooms or AI-invented scenes, and any future staging feature will be clearly labeled.

4. Music licensing

The music library ships with placeholder tracks for testing. Using a track in a commercially published video requires a valid license for that track. The operator of this application is responsible for confirming and documenting the license for every track offered to users, and the library indicates which tracks are confirmed. You are responsible for confirming that any track you choose is cleared for your use.

5. Credits, rendering and refunds

Renders are paid for with credits. A 1080p render costs one credit, a 4K render costs two, and each additional aspect ratio costs half a credit. Prices and credit costs are set by the operator. Failed renders are retried once automatically; if a render still fails, the credits for that format are refunded to your balance. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

6. Rendering and third-party processing

Video rendering is performed by an external video service. Your photos are sent to that service for the purpose of producing your video, and the finished file is stored so it can be downloaded and shared. Rendering usually takes one to five minutes and depends on tour length and resolution.

7. Share links

Completed tours can be published to an unguessable public link. You can disable that link at any time from the project editor. Anyone holding the link can view the video while it is enabled.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, scrape listing sites in violation of their terms, or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Automated listing import is best-effort: it fetches the page you provide once and may fail on sites that block automated visitors. In that case, upload your photos manually.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the operator of this application.
